Nielsen's Front of Store Inventory supplies the projected inventory available for selected sku's within the Selling Area of the store.
Methodology

Inventory collected for selected skus (as determined by client)

Studies conducted in Food, Drug and Mass Merch and/or Remaining Grocery/Variety

Auditors visit the MarketTrack sample of stores

Inventory data merged with MarktTrack database

Inventory projected to total marketplace

- Projected inventory reported for each sku plus the Total Brand
- Reported in Units and Converted Tonnage
- Reported at the Region and purchased Key Account level
- Inventory added as an additional fact to the client’s MarketTrack database
